Hey all! I'm impatient, so I've gone ahead and listed the first set of stretch goals on the page. I'm also going to swap out the campaign header to show off these designs as well. Check it out!
Guys, I'm so happy with how our first week has gone! I'm so encouraged by your support, and I'm really excited about this project. I wanted to show you the first stretch goal, which is going to consist of two pins unlocked at once! The goal will be announced and added to the front page of the campaign when we hit 100%, I just couldn't wait any longer to share these designs with you!
When brainstorming for the designs for Black and White, I always knew I wanted to have them correspond to each other. Black and White are such a classic example of opposites: yin and yang, light and dark, day and night.
My first attempt... Well... I wasn't really connecting with the designs. The Black was giving me a migraine trying to get it into a pose that was A) Readable B) Interesting C) Effective as a Pin. The White... well... you see how far I got with that one.
But everything clicked once I decided to go all-in on the heraldic influence. I'm sure you've seen dragons in heraldry, whether you knew what to call them or not- they're iconic! The most famous is probably the dragon on the Welsh flag. And thus- the designs you see above were born!
I'm very happy with the graphic appeal of these designs, how they correspond to each other, how they just slightly break the style of the rest of the series but still fit in... These are so far the designs I'm most eager to get my paws on!

The Pseudodragon is a creature that, while not a true dragon, is a tiny draconic cousin of the larger beasts. Pseudodragons make excellent companions and familiars, making deep emotional connections.
When I began concepting designs for a tiny companion creature, known for hoarding, I immediately thought of my pet mouse Tako. Hence, the design is based on mice!
I want to make the Pseudodragon a worthy companion, and so I'm asking for your help in choosing its color palette! Please leave a comment below telling me what colors you're drawn to most for this baby!
